Close to venue, very nice staff, very nice rooms.

Nothing for guests to do in lobby, such as pool, exercise rooms, etc.

If you dont plan to exercise or swim, then this is for you! Great staff, awesome rooms, very quite, right off the interstate(literally) yet in a quite part of town.

I always considered these to be budget motels. Found hairs between my sheets, towels were clean but stained and looked repulsive, toilet paper encasement fell out of water when I changed paper, and found candy wrappers underneath the pillow of the window bed.

I liked nothing about this hotel.

I did not like the location, quality, or appearance of this hotel.

The hotel is located about 40 minutes from the GSO airport. It is difficult to find. Called the front desk for directions and the staff was not able to give directions. After a lot of searching finally found the hotel. Had requested a non smoking room. There were stains in the bedding and carpet. The mini fridge had mold. There were stains on the upholstery of the furniture. In general the hotel caters to a very low clientele (similar to those frequented by solicitors and their clients). I was very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. I am not sure if the experience here is representative of the Microtel chain. . ...read more
